This is our new family member: ‘Sunny’. She is a Shi-Tzu and 2.5 months old. She is very mellow and she loves to sleep. Her bed hours are anywhere from 14-16 hours…Isn’t she A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E?

So, I could not resist it and had to do a flower trial run myself. This is what I had in mind and it only cost me 17 bucks to do it.

I bought a vase, sprayed it off-white, put a green ribbon around it and then arranged the flowers that I had bought at the LA flower market and put some floral tape around it to make them stick together. I then added a penny into the water as the tulips tend to bend over time but the copper of the penny somehow prevents this from happening too early.
I am thinking about adding my own designed label on top of the ribbon. We’ll see. I think I can do it. It took me about 15 minutes to cut and arrange the flowers. What do you guys think?

I had my trial run today with Nicole Thompson. She did Mrs. Pootiekins hair and make-up as well as her bridesmaids. Based on the pictures I booked her for the trial run. It turned out well. So I booked her right away. The good thing is: she works on site so there is no rush us getting ready in the morning and having to travel all the way to LA. I am thrilled!

My inspiration for our first dance. I think I will pick a Rumba. That’s an easy dance for beginners. We went to Koreatown and found an experienced teacher. We had a quick start today and will officially begin with our lessons on tuesday.

I couldn’t wait to see how our e-pics have turned out. Woo-hoo-hoo! Here is a glimpse to some of them. I have worked on a few of them and added some quotes to spice them up. Hope you like them as much as we do. We took the pictures at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in LA and at the Santa Monica Pier and Beach.
